Families in Crisis Need Help Too
We look at the family as a whole as well as the individuals who need healing. And having a family member with issues is painful for the entire family.
Mental Health Needs Change Over Time
Older populations face a new series of challenges as they age, including Alzheimer's disease, physical disabilities, and cognition imparement. These present new mental health challenges.

About CCTS
Welcome to Carolina Counseling and Therapeutic Solutions. We specialize in client centered, brief counseling that is sensitive to the individual. The counselor views the person in the context of both their ethnic and familial culture. Our counselors understand that a person is a unique blend of both their biology and how that biology has experienced the world. Because we are trained to look at the whole person, our counselors are also prepared to bring anyone that could help our client’s in their treatment into the counseling experience. We will collaboratively decide who, when and in what capacity others will contribute to the therapeutic progress.

The empowering part of counseling is knowing that you are not the first person to struggle with this problem.
The decision to stop hurting put me on a path to wholeness.
Who wouldn’t feel broken after that sort of experience?
I realized that I really never knew what peace felt like.
